Αthena Lianou was born and raised in Famagusta, where she began music, dance and acting lessons at a very young age while also attending concerts and music / dance shows. In 2012, and after graduating high school, Athena began her studies at University of Glasgow, Scotland, where she obtained her Bachelor of Music with Honors degree. The following year, her love and passion for musical theatre led her to Athens, Greece, for the postgraduate degree in Musical Theatre Performance.
In 2017, she returned to Cyprus and immediately started working as a singer and a music teacher / vocal coach at various music schools. At the same time, she was also a member of the cast in multiple musical theatre productions, including “O Hionanthropos mou” and “To skouliki mou ki ego”, performances that were produced by Silver Spotlight.
Athena is officially a member of the Potenzia family as a vocal coach since September 2022.
